Hubru — factory for digital companies
Platform thesis: launch each next company at lower structural cost than the last. Audited governance bus, multi-LLM advisory layer, architect-only ratification.

I build digital companies as structured systems — and the factory that builds them.
AI-modular, process-driven, and auditable from the first day. The work spans AI orchestration, business architecture, e-commerce operations, and governance. The first instance is a real operating business; the architecture is built so each next company launches at lower structural cost. The deeper bet: a factory for digital companies, and objects that increasingly run on their own — measured by how rarely the architect has to intervene, and shown openly, in verifiable numbers. If you are building something that must scale through structure, not chaos — let's talk.
Projects
platform
Platform thesis: launch each next company at lower structural cost than the last. Audited governance bus, multi-LLM advisory layer, architect-only ratification.
law
Subordinate constitution layer governing module behavior and the boundary between coordination and authority zones.
design
Signed token contract, deterministic generator, charter-audited surfaces. Output of this site is itself a TITI build.
operating
Not a concept. A running e-commerce operation hardened against the same architecture, providing the baseline interventions-per-week number the factory aims to drive down.
Scientific
The deeper thesis is measured, not asserted. Two curves report whether the work is actually moving — and a third measures whether the factory thesis holds economically.
Each week the architect must touch an instance is a count. The curve we care about goes down. The number is shown openly.
Share of operating decisions that ride on ratified law alone (no on-the-fly architect override). Approaching one means the constitution is doing the work.
Token + setup cost to launch instance N+1, normalized by complexity group (Latin, Cyrillic, CJK, RTL). The factory hypothesis lives or dies here.
Architecture
Architect is the sole ratifier. LLMs advise; they do not ratify, sign, or deploy. Each instance runs under ratified module law.
